With 20 years of experience, I have a proven track record of leading multi-million global data/ML/AI projects/programs, managing globally distributed customer-centric innovation AI programs and cross-functional teams. 


I excel at translating data-driven business strategies into tangible business assets such as data-driven services and products which help our customers to minimize the CAPEX/OPEX and avoid problems before they become disruptive. 


As a hands-on data scientist and machine learning leader, I work closely with stakeholders to develop the data and ML/AI strategy, roadmap and execute end-to-end data-driven projects including problem definition, data collection, data pre-processing, building data pipelines, developing machine learning models, and real-time data-driven system proof of concept implementations. I effectively communicate the project results to stakeholders and executives at all levels. 


In addition, I have a proven track record of hiring and developing, and growing people e.g. new employees, consultants, Ph.D. and Master Interns.
